Man hurt in attack by thugs
A 36-year-old man was punched in the face before three thugs tried to force him into the back of a car.
The driver and passenger of a silver Audi and the driver of a burgundy Fiat attacked the victim in Sawley Street, Evington, Leicester, between 5pm and 6pm on Wednesday, August 8.
Police have just released information.
The driver of the Audi punched the man in the face before all three attempted to bundle him into the back of the Fiat.

Witnesses shouted to the men to leave the victim alone.
The three men then got back into their cars and drove off.
The victim suffered an eye injury and three fractures to his cheekbone, which will require an operation to insert a metal plate.
One man, aged 26, was arrested and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Detective Constable Grover Campbell, the investigating officer, said: "This was quite a nasty incident and the victim was understandably shaken.
"It appears both cars were acting in convoy and this may have been a planned assault. Although we have one person arrested we are still looking for more information."
