Man jailed for deaths of Jade Srawley and Amelia Ecob in crash at Barlestone
A man has been jailed for causing the deaths of two women by careless driving.
Thomas Henry Conners (21) of Bradford, West Yorkshire, was sentenced today at Leicester Crown Court for two charges of causing death by careless driving.

Conners pleaded guilty on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 to the charges.
The sentence relates to a crash on January 27 last year in which Jade Srawley and Amelia Ecob, both aged 20, from Battram, near Coalville, died.

Conners was also disqualified from driving for one year.
