“Interesting comment David. Do the LM not reveal the ethnicity if the suspects are black due to fear of being labelled racist? Have heard people have complained about being described as black.”

“I have noticed a lot of beggars in Leicester considering the size of the city. In London it is quite normal to be asked for money, cigarettes and more. However, I have not been attacked by any of them as of yet. Leicester does seem to have a bad reputation now for small assault crimes such as this one reported. Why this is could be due to high unemployment in the city?
The fact the attack took part in the early afternoon is quite worrying "The attack happened at about 2.50pm on Wednesday, November 14". I do hope the person who was attacked a speedy recovery and I do hope someone can help find the people who did this. They might be hanging around the ASDA car park in Oadby from what I have read over the last day, or two!

These descriptions are not very helpful, but I do hope someone can come forward, as the attack was done in a time where a few people would be out and about?”

“once again racist reporting by the Mercury identifying the ethnicity of the suspects, omitted in some reports when it is a none white suspect.”
