Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash in Great Dalby, Leicestershire

A motorcyclist is in a critical condition in hospital after a crash in Great Dalby, Leicestershire.

The crash happened on the B6047, Nether End, Great Dalby at about 10.37am yesterday and involved one vehicle, a blue Suzuki GSX motorcycle.

The rider was seriously injured in the crash and was taken to the University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire.

Detective Constable Nick Bryan said: “The motorcyclist was travelling along the B6047 towards Melton when the collision occurred.
