Motorcyclist dies after crash on A5 in Leicestershire
A motorcyclist has died after a crash on the A5 in Hinckley.
Leicestershire police are appealing for witnesses after the fatal crash on the A5, Watling Street at the junction with the A47, Dodwells Road, which involved three vehicles.
The crash happened at about 6pm yesterday
The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Formal identification is yet to take place.

The drivers of the other two vehicles were not injured.
The three vehicles involved were a white Honda XR motorcycle, an orange Renault HGV and a white and grey Mercedes HGV.
Pc Ady Keeble said: “The motorcycle and Mercedes HGV were at the roundabout at the junction with the A5 and A47 and were driving towards Nuneaton and the Renault HGV was travelling in the opposite direction towards the roundabout when the collision occurred.
“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area around 6pm yesterday evening to contact us if they witnessed the collision or saw any of the vehicles beforehand.”
