Greetham: The WI's annual meeting saw the current committee step down and elections take place.

Once the votes had been counted, the new committee was formed and Helen McGarrigle agreed to another year as president.

The group heard how the skittles team had had another success, and secretary Gill Hodson and the president gave reports on activities.

Sapcote: A Circuit Watchnight Service on Thursday, December 31, will see in the new year at Sapcote Methodist Church from 11.30pm.

It will be preceded as in previous years at 8pm by a party.
