A recruitment firm has launched a human resources and training division.

Precision Recruitment, in York Street, Leicester, said the move was part of its plans to increase annual turnover from £2 million to £10 million over the next four-and-a-half years.

The division, Precision HR and Training, will be headed by Martin Lynch, who has 12 years experience in the sector.

Precision, founded by managing director Phil Walker six years ago, already specialises in recruiting engineering, technical and sales staff.

Mr Walker said in June he aimed to boost the workforce from 11 to 51.

Mr Lynch said: "I am excited about developing and growing the Precision HR brand. What attracted me to Precision was their innovative and sophisticated approach to recruitment."

Mr Walker said: "We look forward to being able to offer a more holistic service."
