A £5,000 project has been launched to brighten up a town's empty shop fronts by adorning them with colourful poster-style images.

The Loughborough Town Centre Partnership has teamed up with Charnwood Borough Council to provide landlords with large vinyl frames to accommodate the images.

They are investing in 25 frames which can be placed in any empty shop windows around the town.
