Narborough & Littlethorpe's Paul Warrington is out
The visitors are second in Division One of the Everards County League but they were soon in desperate trouble after being put in at Alans Way.
Newbold's opening bowlers, Paul Bateman and Mark Henderson, reduced them to 6-4.
Opener Michael Whitmore led a partial recovery with 41.
But Paul Julian (21) and Neil Whitmore (23 not out) were the only other batsmen to reach double figures as Narborough were held to 134-9 in 40 overs.
Henderson had remarkable figures of 8-6-5-2, Bateman claimed 3-22 and Mark Wilkinson 2-18.
Newbold lost openers Mark Wilkinson and Huw Davies cheaply.
But Dan Chapman (62 not out) and Gareth Bell (54 not out) guided Newbold to an eight-wicket victory with 10.4 overs to spare.
Newbold skipper Neal Bateman was delighted with his side's performance.
"At the start it was good bowling and good fielding and we soon got them where they didn't want to be," he said.
Newbold also won their league clash on Saturday and Bateman added: "It was a really good weekend."
There was a sizeable crowd to watch the victory over Narborough and Newbold are now looking forward to the semi-finals.
They have a daunting task because they have to travel to Everards Premier Division leaders Loughborough Town on Sunday, August 9.
"It would have been nice to have a home draw," said Bateman. "But it will be good for our lads to go to one of the top Everards Premier teams and play on their track."
The other three semi-finalists are Kibworth, Lutterworth and Loughborough Town, who are all in the Everards League Premier Division.
Kibworth left it late to clinch a six-wicket victory at Market Harborough.
Home skipper Kevin Innes hit 66 and Robert Taylor 42, but Harborough were unable to build on a position of strength at 83-1 and closed on 192-9.
Aamir Mahmood was promoted to open the batting for Kibworth and responded with 84 off 83 balls.
Skipper Andy Smith hit 60 but Kibworth were playing catch-up after a slow start and were left needing 14 off the final over bowled by Matt Trevor.
The first ball went for four byes and the second produced no runs.
Charlie Morgan hit the next two deliveries for four, one of them using the scoop shot over the wicket-keeper's head as patented by Sri Lanka's Tillakaratne Dilshan in the Twenty20 World Cup. He steered the fifth ball wide of fine leg for two to clinch victory.
Lutterworth were six-wicket home winners over Ashby Hastings. Luke Jenkinson's 66 led the visitors to 183-8 with Ben Pickering taking 3-34.
Lutterworth skipper Karl Smith hit 63 opening the batting and, with Steve Masic scoring 27 and Lewis Hill 55 not out, the hosts won by six wickets with 13 balls to spare.
Loughborough Town powered to a nine-wicket win over Loughborough Carillon.
Neil Gamble undermined the visitors' innings with figures of 8-6-4-3 and, with skipper Dips Patel's rarely-used off-spin taking 4-27, Carillon were all out for 73. An unbeaten 57 from Tom Flowers took Town home in 18 overs.
Semi-final draw: Loughborough Town v Newbold Verdon, Lutterworth v Kibworth.
