Night-long hay blaze
Fire crews worked through the night when a stack of hay bales caught fire.
Firefighters from Loughborough, Melton and Syston were called to Six Hills Lane, near Melton, at about 1am on Saturday.
Four crews and water carrier fought to keep the fire under control to stop it from spreading to more than 800 bales of hay.
By 1pm, they had the flames under control and started the process of damping down.
