Parish council won't be meeting this month
Husbands Bosworth: There will be no meeting of Husbands Bosworth Parish Council in January. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, February 2 at 7.30pm in the committee room of the village hall. Contact the parish clerk on 01858 880910.
Kegworth: Kegworth Parish Church is organising a snowball supper on Saturday, January 16, at 7pm.

North Kilworth: Kilworth House Hotel is hosting a season of afternoon tea dances throughout February and March. The season commences on Friday, February 12 at 3.30pm. Tickets are £14.95 per person, to include the teas. Booking is essential by calling 01858 880058.
Castle Donington: The week of prayer for Christian unity will be held from Sunday, January 17 to Sunday, January 24. It will be marked with a joint service at the Methodist Church in the Market Place, Castle Donington, on Sunday, January 24, at 10.30am.
Belton: The Rev Dr Tony Edmunds' licensing has been arranged for Thursday, March 4, at 7.30pm in St John the Baptist Parish Church, Belton. Mr Edmunds will be living in Belton Rectory and will serve as a stipendiary (paid) minister.
Diseworth: Diseworth Parish Church is organising an Italian supper at Diseworth Village Hall on February 19, at 7.30pm. For details or to book contact any church member.
