illusions.
Early in the night a chance to get 'up close and personal', on stage with Peter, was thrown to the audience, who had to text their name to a given number.
The lucky winner "Jennifer", was brought back on stage later in the night where she sat nervously at a bar as Peter sang the Bee Gees hit "How Deep is
Your Love".
The stunt proved popular with fans, especially those at the front who screamed "I Love You" as Peter danced with the lucky girl.
As night went on Peter took to singing more popular tracks including Bob Marley's One Love, his own hit from the 90s, Mysterious Girl and bravely, John
Lennon's Imagine.
By the end of the night Peter had the entire audience on their feet, dancing and cheering with the star.
The London-born, Aussie-based pop singer had a string of hits in the 1990s, the most popular being 'Mysterious Girl' which sold over 2million copies.
After taking a step out of the music spotlight for a few years, Peter relaunched his music career with his 'Revelation' album entering the UK Album Charts at
number three in 2009.
In total, Peter has released four top ten UK albums and 10 top ten singles.
He continues his tour with a string of dates up and down the country, tonight he plays the 02 Arena in Leeds.
