Pie and a pint with Leicester Tigers star Louis Deacon
Louis Deacon will begin his benefit year with a 'Pie and Pint' night at Welford Road in the Final Whistle bar.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 10, and will feature several of the Leicester Tigers' first-team squad in a Q&A session.
Leicester brewery Everards are supporting the lock-forward throughout the year and have brewed a special beer in honour of his benefit.
The name of this new beer will be revealed soon and Deacon was involved in the making of the tipple after a visit to the company's brewing premises.

"It's basically a version of Everards Tiger with a twist," said the 31-year-old, who is currently sidelined through injury after a shoulder operation.
"I chose the ingredients to go into the beer and had a really good day with the people from Everards.
"Being a local lad who is born and bred in Leicestershire, I wanted to approach Leicester-based companies and ask for their support this year. Everards were one of the first to come forward.
"We have got some good events coming up and I am looking forward to a good year."
