Now, the 40-year-old's feat has been included in the 2013 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records.

Sofia, of Leicester Forest East, pledged it would not be the last time she made it into the record books.

"It feels amazing. It's a surreal experience being able so see myself in the book," she said.

"I'm definitely planning on breaking more world records."
