Police advice to Leicester City fans for tonight's game
Leicestershire Police have advised supporters to take care on the roads if they are travelling to the King Power Stadium this evening.
Leicester City are due to host Middlesbrough in the Championship tonight despite fears the game will not go ahead because of safety concerns caused by the heavy snowfall around Leicestershire.

Leicester City are also adamant the game will be played, thanks to the undersoil heating keeping the pitch clear while gritters ensure the safety of the area around the King Power Stadium.

“Wisp or two of snow it may be, but with gridlock then you ain't gonna get to the game easily at all as even buses have stopped now!! Personally have an 80 mile round trip myself and have had to waste a match on my season ticket tonight due to our lovely friends from SKY inisisting on game going ahead.
By the way have Boro even got to the ground yet?!?”
