Police appeal after car destroyed in arson attack
Police are appealing for witnesses to a car fire that damaged a garage and a fence.
The car was set on fire outside a house in Sandringham Avenue, Belgrave, Leicester, in the early hours of yesterday.
A fence, bin and garage door were also subsequently set alight.
Emergency services were called at about 3.30am.

The vehicle was destroyed. Police said the garage door, bin and the fence sustained damage.
Pc Phil Smith-Lester said: "Thankfully, no one was injured. The results could have been much worse, but there is a lot of damage.
"We have carried out house-to-house inquiries in the area but are keen to speak to anyone else who witnessed the incident."
