Police hunt three thugs who robbed a man at Leicester's Clock Tower
Three thugs asked a man for a light before attacking and robbing him.
The 42-year-old victim was targeted as he walked alone past the Clock Tower in Leicester city centre.

After asking for a lighter one of the attackers, who are all 17 or 18, punched the victim in the head.
The youths then searched the man’s pockets and took cash and bank cards. They then ran off along High Street toward Highcross Street.

The man was attacked at 11.30pm on Wednesday, February 27. Police released details today and urged witnesses to come forward.
Detective Constable Sam Perry said: “The victim received bruising to his head as a result of the assault.
“We would like to appeal to anyone who may witnessed the robbery or have any information about the people responsible to please contact me.”
The first man is black, approximately 5ft 10in and of skinny build. He was wearing black tracksuit bottoms.
The second man is white, 5ft 10in and of medium build. He was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms.
The third man is white, a similar height to the other two youths and slim. He was wearing black Adidas trainers which had bright green stripes.
