Police plea after phone is snatched
Police are hunting a man who attacked a woman from behind and snatched her phone.
The 20-year-old was attacked from as she walked along Lancaster Road towards University Road, near Leicester city centre, at 3.30pm on Tuesday.
The woman struggled with the man and only let go of her phone when he threatened her. He escaped along West Street with the stolen iPhone 4.
Detective Constable Ben Dunkley said: "The victim did the right thing by going home and calling police immediately after it had happened.

The man is white, in his late 20s or early 30s, about 6ft and of medium build. He has a pale, broad face, dark eyes, untidy dark blond or light brown hair and was wearing dark clothing.
