A road is set to be closed for a day while work takes place.

Broughton Road, in Cosby, will be shut between Shuttleworth Lane and the junction with Croft Road and The Nook, on Sunday, March 4.

Croft Road and The Nook will also be closed at the junction.

The closure will allow contractors to carry out carriageway work.

An alternative route will be via Broughton Way and Coventry Road, Broughton Astley; Coventry Road, Croft; and Croft Road, Park Road, Main Street and The Nook, Cosby.
