Robo-warriors set for battle
Some of the world's most advanced robots will descend on the National Space Centre to show off their skills.
Robotopia, now in it's fourth year at the centre, showcases the array of robots used in daily life, as well as the technology people believe is only found in science fiction.
The highlight of this year's event, on Saturday and Sunday, is the iCub, a one metre high baby humanoid robot that could lead to the development of machines which learn, think and talk.
Mechanical stars from TV's Robot Wars will battle it out in the arena, and visitors can take on robot challenges, testing their skills at driving their own robots or playing robo-football.
Families will also be able to take part in robot building workshops.
