Signings not over for Leicester City boss Paulo Sousa
Leicester City manager Paulo Sousa is targeting more additions to his squad when the loan window opens next week.
Sousa has completed permanent deals for Martyn Waghorn and Yuki Abe, with DJ Campbell switching to Blackpool.

However, Sousa had other targets in his sights ahead of transfer deadline day and may try to resurrect his interest in them with more talks next week.
Top of Sousa's list could be Hull defender Kamil Zayette after City's attempts to line up a move for the Guinea international on Tuesday ran out of time.
City were also linked with Portsmouth striker John Utaka, with QPR also reportedly interested in signing the Nigeria international.
Utaka, a £7million signing from Rennes in 2007, has failed to make an impact at Fratton Park and cash-strapped Pompey are struggling to afford his reported £80,000 wages.
"It appears there was a bit of interest in the player but not enough to lead to anything," said a source close to Pompey.
"They want some return for their outlay and, of course, they are very short of bodies and were only able to name four subs against Cardiff last weekend.
"A loan deal may be a short-term solution but I'm sure the wages could be a difficult hurdle to overcome."
Meanwhile, Coventry manager Aidy Boothroyd says midfielder Sammy Clingan was not a Leicester target.
Clingan's name has cropped up a couple of times this season as a potential signing for Sousa, but Boothroyd said the reports are wide of the mark and warned off City.
"He's a player I like and want, and I certainly won't be loaning him out to any of our rivals, particularly our local rivals," said Boothroyd.
The two clubs clash at the Ricoh Arena a week on Saturday.

“Expensive gamble in my view Sean
Our money would be better spent elsewhere
Cant see why we want to bring in more centre halves myself - just train up what we have got, they are young and I think they will be good enough
Spend the money on those with brains to unlock opposition defences, now we have holding midfielders on board
Hope the club read these pages”

“Hull city fans say that Zayette isn't that good. Pearson wouldn't let him go if he was any good, so why are we interested in him?”

“I¿d take either, or both, of those two.
O¿Hara¿s a driven and skilful player whilst Davies looked a class act when he played for us.
Both are better than most in the Championship and would bring a lot to the team.”

“Seen Zayette play fo Hull- decent player if you can keep him interested
Dont like what I read about Utaka-no flops here please
Here's 2 potential play maker midfielders who we might chase through the loan market
Jamie O'Hara from Spurs and our old friend Mark Davies now at Bolton but not yet playing regular first team football
Either is worth a punt”

“I¿m not sure that either Zayette or Utaka would be the answer. Zayette was part of a defence that conceded so many goals last season that they were relegated, whilst I would imagine we would also struggle to pay Utaka¿s £80,000 a week wages! He¿s not been particularly effective for Portsmouth either.
As we¿ve said, let¿s see what happens when Sousa has had the chance to look at the players kicking their heels at Premiership clubs for the next few months because they've been excluded from their 25-man squads..
I¿m not sure why Pearson¿s leaving is still being mentioned. Whatever the background to his decision, he still left us for Hull through choice. The club has moved on since then and, in any case, Sousa¿s appointment may have had more to do with the future requirements of the new owners than with Mandaric.”

“Ref Dany Shittu,
my last post came across as dismissive - He is a decent enough player and wasn't shooting anyone down, for some reason it deleted my first line.”

“how will Danny Shittu be eligible to play?
If Nigeria are suspended from international competition and stripped of their Rank as threatened by Fifa, then he won't meet the criteria.
Top 70 world Ranked side
Must have played 75 percent of competitive group A matches, and continue to play them to renew permit.
Must demonstrate a positive contribution, hardly positive if you are released. Rules state, no club, no work permit and you have to re-apply.
Nav - What have caravans got to do with anything? Hope Brian doesn't take that post the wrong way when he sees it.
You'll get both barrels me thinks.”
