Spring into action to give us a snap from your garden
When Lottie Rennie sent us in this great shot of a waxwing munching on an apple in her garden, we wondered what other beautiful beasts and birds Leicester Mercury readers were snapping in their backyards.
We want you to share your experiences of the approach of spring by e-mailing your pictures to us over the coming weeks.

Garden of delights : Lottie Rennie's picture of a hungry waxwing at work on an apple
Lottie, 29, of Shepshed, is a keen watcher of the many feathered visitors to her home.
She said: "The waxwings are a regular sight in our garden at this time of year. We have fruit trees and deliberately leave the fruit on them for the birds."
