A school is inviting the public through the gates for a summer fair this Saturday.

St Mary's CofE Primary, in Church Walk, Hinckley, is holding the event from 11am to 1pm.

A spokesman said: "Anyone is welcome to enjoy a drink and a burger or sample a homemade cake. There will be stalls selling toys and books, games and chances to win prizes."

Entry is 25p each, 50p per family. Proceeds will benefit the school.
