Owner Caroline Van Dyke said: "We buy all our veg and cheeses from Leicester Market so we know where everything has come from.
"I don't think all our customers are vegetarian, I think people come here because it's a nice place to eat and there's a great atmosphere.
"It's the kind of place you can go and eat on your own if you want to without feeling intimidated."
The Good Earth serves lunchtime menus only, from 12pm - 3pm weekdays and 12pm - 4pm on Saturdays.
