Whitwick: Wendy Eccles gave an insight into the Lancashire Cotton Trade at the March meeting of the Whitwick and District University of the Third Age.

Guest speaker at the meeting on Friday April 17, will be Malcolm Gray who will be talking about the campaign for National Parks.

Meetings will now start at 2pm instead of 1.30pm, at St David's Church Hall Broom Leys Road.
