Keane initially joined City on loan with fellow United youngster Jesse Lingard in early November, but sustained an injury during his debut against Bolton Wanderers.
After returning to fitness in recent weeks, the England Under-19 international was back in the Foxes starting eleven on New Year’s Day, as Nigel Pearson’s men kicked off 2013 with an impressive 6-1 win over Huddersfield Town.
