Use web for tax returns
People with outstanding 2011-12 tax returns must now send them online.
Paper tax returns received by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) after the November 1 deadline will lead to a £100 penalty, even if there is no tax to pay or the tax due is paid on time.
The longer people delay, the more they will have to pay.
