“Hmmmm, a few minutes of snow, and now nothing. Now they've changed the forecast for tonight to sleet.
Last week they forecast light snow - I ended up having to leave work early after it actually came down heavy and started settling thick on the roads.
Is there actually any point to the met office?”

“Another exaggerated false alarm? It's now evening and no sign of snow at all.”
