Yelvertoft: Proposals to erect a wind farm at Yelvertoft have recently been filed with Daventry District Council planners.

The plans, for land adjacent to Glebe Farm, Hillmorton Road, have been tabled by Yelvertoft Wind Farm Ltd., and include the installation of eight wind turbines, each 125m high, an 80m high control mast, associated equipment cabin, service pads, access tracks and a new access to the public highway.
