“The worst possible thing to do is NOT make eye contact. Middle aged women are terrible at this; drifting into lanes, not indicating, cutting across you, etc, etc, and the most annoying thing they can possibly do when you've beeped and flashed them is pretend that nothing has happened by sitting there staring straight ahead with their nose in the air. ACKNOWLEDGE AND APOLOGISE otherwise you WILL get someone continuing to flash and beep you until you do!”

“Drive carefully and think of other drivers. They may just be violent!”
