“He can really write fast cannot he, the finial was only last week (I think) and now he has a book out! I am not interested at all however; many younger people enjoy these sorts of events. It is nice to see the crime editor getting involved and supporting acts etc.”

“I hope people buy He Ain't Heavy... by the Justice Collective instead.
Proceeds will support the families of the 96 who died at Hillsborough. It's there in HMV, Leicester or online.
A better number one single than some X Factor pap, surely

“I will wait until he writes his own songs .
X Factor is an over hyped non event with a panel of huge egos. No wonder it is going out of fashion.
The book should be really exciting. Let's hope it has a lot of pictures in it.”

“I think to be fair, he's been working on his own music long before x-factor and the book deal was probably just part of winning the show.”

“Tom Daley the Diver had his autobiography out recently, he is only 18.In the future we will have a child star who appeared on stage at the age of two releasing an autobiography when they are the grand old age of five. Jopking apart thats the way these things are going.
Good luck to James Arthur, but lets judge him when he produces his own songs rather than covering someone elses/”

“AKA Diary of a Nobody. Admittedly he has a half way decent voice for a talent show but he is no Will Young. As his song goes impossee -bu-uu-uul”
