A teenager has been charged with arson after a fire at a disused city factory.

The 17-year-old will appear at Leicester Youth Court on September 19, accused of torching the Corah Building on April 21.

The fire destroyed the three-storey building in St John Street, off Burley's Way.

The site is owned by Bow-bridge Group, which has permission to turn it into homes and a leisure complex.
