Youth in court over phone theft
A second youth has been charged with robbing two teenagers of their mobile phones.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at about 11pm on November 16, in Fosse Road North, Leicester, and involved two 15-year-old victims.
A 15-year-old has been charged with one account of robbery, and is due to appear at Leicester Youth Court on December 19.
A 17-year-old was earlier charged with one count of robbery. He appeared at Leicester Youth Court on November 23. He was remanded on bail until December 5, with conditions including a curfew.
