Youth touched himself "inappropriately" in front of mum and her children in Market Harborough park

Police have appealed for help tracing a youth who touched himself "inappropriately" in front of a woman and her children.

The incident happened in Little Bowden recreation ground, Northampton Road, Market Harborough at 4pm on Friday, December 28.

The youth, who was wearing a pink T-shirt and grey jogging bottoms, walked away toward an alleyway which leads to Nithsdale Crescent.

Pc Malc Roberts said: "This was a distressing incident for the victim and we need to identify the suspect responsible.
