Well-behaved pupils greet MP visitors
Youngsters at Beaumont Leys School greeted some special visitors to the site yesterday.
The Education Select Committee, made up of cross-party MPs, met staff and students to hear about the good behaviour practice at the school.

They spoke to head teacher Liz Logie before dining with students and Leicester West MP Liz Kendall, who formerly sat on the committee, also popped in for lunch.
Mrs Logie said: "Pupils here are well behaved so it was good to talk to the committee about our best practice and the culture and aspirations we have for pupils.
"The committee will go back to the Government with recommendations so it's great to be able to influence national policy.
"We also spoke about the lack of support for youngsters with mental health issues and the difficulty schools have accessing help for them."
