“ I booked an afternoon tea for mothers day, took my mother and my aunt. The cafe was busy when we arrived but we were quickly shown to our table in the warm and cosy dining room, within minutes we were served tea and in my aunts case a coffee. We were then treated to a wonderful afternoon tea, it was undoubtedly one of the prettiest teas I've seen, decorated with real edible pansies. There was a rich assortment of sandwiches, cakes crisps and scones. We ended up taking some of the cakes home as there was so much.... and all for £10 each.. shhhhh dont tell my mother... she thinks i spent alot more than that!!! ”

Welcome to Wistow Cafe Bistro!

Based in Wistow, we are the place to come for homemade food away from your home. Enjoy fresh, quality, locally produced food in the friendly, quirky and relaxed surroundings of our terrace, eclectic dining room or conservatory.

Come in for lunch and choose from delicious soups, quiches, jacket potatoes, salads and meaty homemade pies. Or, can we tempt you with a good cup of coffee with a slice of delicious cake or freshly baked scone?

At Wistow Cafe Bistro we have a variety of special nights, Italian, Spanish and Meditterranena, held once a month our cooks get a chance to show you our more exotic culinary skills!

Should you want a venue for the evening, the Cafe Bistro can be hired for the night for a small fee, with a choice of menus to suit ant budget. We have an outside catering service where we can provide for you at a venue ofyour choice,we can cater for intimate idnner parties to large formal weddings. We will design and create a menu to suite your event and budget.

And, if all that isn't enough for you we can also make cakes for any occasion, from wedding to birthday cakes. They are all made in-house so tell us what you want and we will do just that.

Fabulous cafe / bistro

“Had a wonderful lunch at Wistow cafe / bistro yesterday. Lots of people, but not so busy we couldn't get seats. The food is fresh, delicious and imaginative. I see that there are a few Turkish inspired dishes on the menu - wonder if that is the influence of the nearby Mediterranean Deli? Very highly recommended.”
