Anyone – teachers, parents, neighbours or friends – can nominate a deserving young person.
The Young Achievers Awards are open to anyone aged 14 to 25 who lives in Leicestershire.
Any individual can be entered in up to three categories.
The entry form must also be endorsed by a relevant referee.
Nominations close on Saturday, October 20.
