I totally agree that Leicester has deteriorated over the last few years.

For instance, Gallowtree Gate's paving is awful and too many cyclists dodging in and out of people walking on the pavements. But I will say, walking down Halford Street last Saturday morning from Humberstone Road the pavements are very good – right up to Charles Street.
