Cheerful Zebra can provide effective and affordable PC repairs and upgrades to Leicester and the surrounding areas. We’re highly experienced with over 11 years of experience within the industry with skills ranging from setting up home networks to creating complex databases.

We offer a FREE call out service and analysis of the problem, therefore you will not be charged for the time taken to identify the problem. Rates are then charged at £25 per hour (min. charge £25), however most problems are solved within the hour.

Catering for both home and business clients we are able to visit you in your home or office. In the unlikely event that we are unable to solve the problem there and then, we will provide you with a courtesy computer whilst we work on yours.

IT Tuition

In addition to PC repairs, we also offer basic tuition of general computer know-how such as the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) or simply using online banking safely and effectively. Lessons are personalised to each individual and tailored to your requirements, taking place in the comfort of your own home during evenings or weekends. Prior to starting the lessons we will first analyse your use of a computer in order to gauge your level of experience, and set out a course that is right for you.
