    “it's no where near the oldest, it's the largest covered market in Europe though, and Newark has the largest cobbled open Market Square in Europe

    Melton Mowbray is the 3rd Oldest and it's the Oldest in the County,
    Malmesbury is supposedly 2nd and Colchester claims to be the Oldest.

    Uppingham and Stilton are also ancient, as is Market Harborough.
    Bingham in Notts and Petersfield in Hampshire are ancient market.

Perhaps you could put the extra effort to make your post clear in the first place would remove this need for further question and clarrification.”
