The latest attack on their property in Lyndon Road, Manton, near Oakham, happened at about 4am on Saturday.
Owner Graham North, 60, said: "I heard a car at the side of the house before it raced off and away. We found they had sprayed the whole side of the garage which runs along the pavement. They had sprayed the garage and my car with obscene words and artwork."
It is the third time in 18 months the family's cars and garage have been targeted.
On a previous occasion, Mr North's daughter's Audi sports car was sprayed. "We've got a four-year-old son, so it's very unnerving," he added.
Mr North has contacted Rutland County Council, which has twice before removed the obscenities from the garage.
He added: "Everyone in the village is disgusted by what's happened. The police are powerless without evidence.
"We live in a lovely spot overlooking Rutland Water and I suppose they're attracted to a blank wall. I don't think it's personal. I just think those responsible are boneheads."
Sergeant Chris Wharton, of Rutland police, said: "Obscene graffiti will not be tolerated. I would urge anybody with any information to ring us on 0116 222 2222."
