Put history experts to the test
I understand from Ann Cousins, secretary of Greater Wigston Historical Society, that on Thursday the group will be hosting a recording of BBC Radio Leicester's History Night with the Experts, to be chaired by Dave Andrews.
The panel will include archaeologist Peter Liddle, family historian Peter Cousins, local historian Cynthia Brown and Leicester City FC historian John Hutchinson.
The show will be recorded for transmission later.
The event, which starts at 7.15pm, takes place at Age Concern, Paddock Street, Wigston.
