Leicester Mercury Loros Appeal still needs your help

The Leicester Mercury Loros Appeal has now raised more than £110,000 – but we still need your help.

Our campaign, launched in November, aims to raise £450,000 towards the cost of an extension at the hospice, in Groby Road, Leicester.

Over the past two months, hundreds of people across Leicestershire and Rutland have dug deep to help us raise funds and we are continuing our campaign to raise the £340,000 left to go.

Loros corporate fund-raiser Marisa Spiteri said: "It's amazing what has been achieved in less than six weeks. It makes me proud to be a part of this community.

"I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported us."
