Two men arrested in drugs raid in New Parks

Police have raided a flat in New Parks after reports of drugs being used and sold from the home.

Two men, aged 25 and 22, were arrested in Monday’s swoop in Rowanberry Avenue.

Officers forced entry to the flat and found a quantity of class A and B drugs.

The 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of cannabis and possession of a class A drug.

The 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a class A drug.

Both men have since been released on police bail while investigations continue.
