“ Had the cavery here once quite a while ago and I was really impressed. You can often end up with dry, over-cooked meat on carveries but this was not the case here. Nice, chilled out traditional pub feeling. Kind of place you could easily while away the best of a Sunday! ”

Fantastic Pub

“Being in the next village where I used to live I regually came to this pub to meet my friends for a few drinks and a game of pool and darts. The pub has a beer garden to have a drink in the summer the staff are friendly and made you feel welcome”

great pub

“II went to this pub a few months back and enjoyed a great meal with my best friend the wine was cheap and the food was lovely the staff were friendly and always willing to help.out with anything the chairs were really comfortable and the pictures on the walls were good to look at it has a cosy feel to it real English traditional pub with the locals enjoying a chat and a drink after a hard weeks graft I would definate recommend this to other people go n try it and see what u think .. I'm sure there won't be any disappointment ”

lovely pub

“The Stamford Arms in Leicester Road, Groby is a great pub with fantastic food on offer. I enjoyed a lovely evening meal here not too long ago and i would recommend it to anybody in the area. The service was great and i would definately going back very very soon for more of the same”
