When I first moved to Gynsill Lane in Anstey, it was a quiet country byway.

Now it been turned into a test track for fast cars and lunatics.

I am surprised that Bernie Ecclestone and his drivers have not been spotted using it.

Every time you try to get out of your drive you take your life in your own hands and when you do get out you will most likely get a tooting maniac waving two fingers at you.

There have been a lot of accidents, but these seem to go unnoticed. I fully expect one day there will be a very bad accident on this stretch of road, but although I have written to the highways department and to the local council, nothing substantial has been done, apart from the light-up speed awareness signs, which are completely ignored.

That's it! So let's have the big accident and then we will no doubt get at least our speed bumps put in.
