lots of choice

“Colourbank luckily has its own carpark as the roads around are usually heavily congested but it's worth the negotiation because they stock not just flooring of all types, but mattresses etc. of all prices and qualities. The staff don't 'hassle' you to buy, but at helpful when you need advice and every time we've bought from there, we've been very happy with the service and price ”

ignorant

“i went here to look for a new stair carpet for my house i walked in and nobody asked me if they could help me any way. i wanted somebody to go through the styles and different prices whaether they can firt the carpet and so on but although there seemed alot of peoeple on the shop floor there was no sign of help i walked out and went eleswhere”

I was ignored, obviously didn't need the business

“I walked in and browsed their showroom for 15 minutes. No-one approached me. There were plenty of salesmen about. Won't be going there again.”

Great value and good customer service

“I didn’t have a huge budget and was struggling to get the carpet I wanted. I nearly gave up when a relative mentioned Colourbank. As soon as we got there one of the staff came up to me and offered me multiple choices. All in all, a good experience.”
